Lauri – Clinical Administrator
Hello, my name is Lauri and I was a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for 15 years with a pediatric dentist and orthodontist. I then moved into a managerial role for another 18 years where I gained great experience in handling electronic insurance claims and overall dental office administration.
I’m originally from the Bronx, NY and moved to Rockaway, New Jersey in the 2nd grade. In my spare time, I love to cook and spend time with my close-knit family and pet cat, Madison Chandler!
When I come to work I’m most excited about getting to know the people. The Mady Dental team and the patients are all like family to me.
Jenn – Clinical Team Leader, CDA
Hello, I’m Jenn. I’ve been a dental assistant since 2010 and have a New Jersey Dental Radiology License and Certified Dental Assistant license (CDA). Over the years I’ve been able to help people with their implants, fillings, crowns, cone scans, and wisdom teeth. I also manage the lab work and supplies at Mady Dental. Currently, I’m working on my Registered Dental Assistant license (RDA).
I was born and raised in Fairlawn, NJ and now live in Bogota. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my friends and family and I also love travelling.
What I love about Mady Dental is guiding people through the entire process and helping them to achieve overall health from start to finish.
Jessie – Treatment Coordinator
Hello, my name is Jessie. Born and raised in Queens, NY, now living in Lodi, NJ. I have been in the dental field for almost ten years. I started out in a small general practice in Queens, NY in 2007. Then worked at a cosmetic office in Manhattan, NY, and now I’m here at Mady Dental!
I enjoy going to the movies, Skyzone, Funtopia, or parks with my family. I also enjoy going to the gym with my husband. I have been with my husband for ten years. We share three beautiful, intelligent, and very energetic children. A son who’s eight and two daughters, ages three and one.
What I like most about Mady Dental is that it feels like a family. The entire staff is friendly and always looking to help each other out in any way possible! Not to mention the many friendly and loving patients. I like to see the smile makeovers, from simple bonding to implants. The joy on a patient’s face when their dental necessities or vision have been fulfilled is always a pleasant feeling.
Ebia – Registered Dental Hygienist
Hi, I’m Ebia Robles, a five-year Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), and I’ve been with Mady Dental for 5 months. Prior to becoming a RDH, I gained vast experience working as a Certified Dental Assistant, in various specialties, after obtaining a Dental Assistant certification from New York City School of Medical and Dental Assistant in 2009.
My passion for dentistry led me to graduate from Hostos Community College Honors Program in 2012 with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. I then obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from New York City College of Technology in 2015, also in the Honors Program. I am a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, and recently obtained my BioLase and local anesthesia certifications, along with a certification in Infection Control protocols.
I am a dedicated Dental Hygienist and I strive to make dental cleanings as pain-free and stress-free as possible. There is no greater reward than helping people be proud of their smiles again. In my spare time, I enjoy reading finance books, traveling, dancing, and spending time with my family.
Darya – Registered Dental Assistant
Hi, my name is Darya and I’m originally from Ukraine; I speak Ukrainian, Russian, and English. I have a New Jersey Radiology license, Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) license, and Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. I am continuously furthering my education and keeping my license up-to-date and have taken many courses, including courses in implants and photography, to name a few.
I have travelled all over the US – Florida, California, Texas, Alaska – and there are only five states or so I have not been to! I have been living in New Jersey for the last five years. Other than traveling I enjoy reading science fiction books and spending time with friends.
I enjoy working at Mady Dental because for the first time I truly enjoy what I’m doing and I feel like I’m making a difference. I also like that we are constantly evolving within the field of dentistry as a team, and I really like our crew!
Nicole – Dental Assistant
Hi, I’m Nicole. I have about one year of experience in the dental field. While attending school, I worked part time in a dentist office. After graduating in April 2017, I started working full time. I attended a dental assistant program in Fortis, located in Wayne, NJ, and recently graduated as a dental assistant.
My hobbies are reading books. Mostly fictional action books like the Divergent series. I am married and have a daughter that is 5 years old. I also enjoy yoga, hiking, camping and painting.
What I like about Mady Dental is how passionate and dedicated everyone is in their role. The receptionists do a great job communicating with the assistants in the back; we all work as a team. Everyone is very attentive, nice and helpful. What I like about dentistry is seeing how happy patients are after they see or feel the results, whether it’s taking them out of pain or cosmetic reasons. Dentistry also has a little bit of art involved. For example, making temporary crowns, making stone models, night guards, custom trays, whitening trays. In a way it’s like art, it’s entertaining to me.
